Premades - Premades will ship within 5 business days.

Partial Customs - Partial customs will ship within 15 business days

Full Customs - Full customs will ship within 20 business days

I always send emails if something is on hold or may be delayed as soon as possible even if it may still ship within turn around time so that’s a good place to check as well!
